"Clinical Supervision for Practitioners Working with Trauma, Complexity and Enduring Mental Health Difficulties."
"Book an initial supervision consultation to explore how we might work together and support your professional development."
As a Senior Accredited practitioner, I offer clinical supervision that supports practitioners working with complexity, trauma, and enduring psychological distress. My supervisory approach provides a reflective, collaborative, and professionally challenging space where supervisees can deepen their clinical understanding, strengthen ethical practice, and develop confidence in their therapeutic work.
Supervision is more than a professional requirement; it is an opportunity to think deeply about client work, explore therapeutic processes, and sustain effective practice in the face of increasingly complex clinical presentations.
My supervision is grounded in trauma-informed, relational, and integrative principles. I work alongside supervisees to foster reflective practice, clinical curiosity, and professional growth, whilst maintaining a strong focus on client welfare and ethical responsibility.
I aim to create a supervisory relationship that balances support with constructive challenge, enabling practitioners to develop both their clinical competence and their professional identity.
Supervision may include exploration of:
Clinical formulation and case conceptualisation
Complex trauma and developmental trauma
PTSD and Complex PTSD
Attachment and relational dynamics

Therapeutic impasse and stuckness
Countertransference and use of self

I have a particular interest in supporting practitioners who work with trauma, complexity, and long-term psychological difficulties.
I believe that effective supervision mirrors many of the qualities that underpin effective therapy: trust, openness, curiosity, respect, and authenticity.
My aim is to provide a space where supervisees feel sufficiently supported to bring uncertainty, challenge assumptions, develop new perspectives, and enhance their clinical effectiveness. Through thoughtful reflection and collaborative exploration, supervision becomes a powerful resource for both professional development and client care.
